Sobha Elan, Ganapathy Coimbatore

Sobha Elan is a ready-to-move residential development in Ganapathy, one of Coimbatore's established and well-connected neighbourhoods. A joint venture between LMW Ltd and Sobha, Sobha Elan is one of its kind projects. It is located in Ganapathy, Coimbatore, and spread across 4.76 to 5 acres of green land, with the project having 236 homes built across 5 to 6 towers.

The development offers an unusual range of configurations. It offers different types of apartments, including 1, 1.5, 2, 2.5, 3, and 3.5 BHK units, with the homes designed to use space efficiently, with sizes ranging from 793 sq. ft. to 1,960 sq. ft. The "half" BHK options give buyers a flexible extra room that can double as a study or home office. A special feature of this project is the "half" BHK options (1.5, 2.5, and 3.5 BHK), which include an extra study room or home office.

Sobha Elan was among the earlier launches by the brand in Coimbatore. The project was launched in December 2013, with prices starting from ₹45 Lakhs, and possession was handed over in December 2017. As the project was launched before RERA rules, it does not have a RERA number, though it has all the required approvals from the authorities.
