Nellikode, Kozhikode

Nellikode is a fast-growing residential and commercial pocket on the northern edge of Kozhikode city, best known as the address of the government-backed Cyberpark. Cyberpark, Kozhikode has been envisioned as a major IT hub catering to the northern part of Kerala, established under an autonomous society registered on 28th January 2009. Cyberpark has developed the first IT SEZ building Sahya, inaugurated in May 2017, and presently has over 85 companies functioning with 2000 IT professionals employed.

The area also hosts UL Cyberpark, developed by the Uralungal Labour Contract Cooperative Society. Christened the UL CyberPark, the IT park was established over 25 acres of land in Nellikode with a total built up area of 3.1 million sq ft. Together, these two IT campuses have made Nellikode and its neighbouring pockets of Palazhi, Thondayad, and Pantheeramkavu a preferred residential base for IT and ITES professionals working nearby.
