Living on PGA Parkway

PGA Parkway District sits in north Frisco, Texas, built around the 660-acre PGA Frisco campus. PGA Frisco is a public/private partnership between the PGA of America, Omni Hotels & Resorts, the City of Frisco, and the Frisco Independent School District, and the 660-acre campus includes Fields Ranch with two championship golf courses. Stillwater Capital played a key role in recruiting the PGA of America to North Texas and is a co-owner in PGA Frisco, a $500M mixed-use project that the PGA of America headquarters anchors, and the development also includes two 18-hole golf courses, a short course, clubhouse, retail village, and a 500-room hotel with 127,000 SF of meeting space.

The corridor's centerpiece hospitality asset opened in 2023. Omni PGA Frisco Resort & Spa is a golf-oriented Omni Resort that opened on May 2, 2023 in Frisco, Texas, spanning 660 acres with 130,000 square feet of event space, two championship golf courses, 500 rooms, and a PGA Superstore. The golf courses are already booked for marquee events, with the courses set to host a variety of major golf events, including PGA Championships (2027, 2034), Women's PGA Championships (2025, 2031), and Senior PGA Championships (2023, 2029).

Residential momentum around the district is building fast. Dallas-based Stillwater Capital is developing The Link, a $1 billion development across PGA Parkway from the resort that will include apartments and other rental homes. Nearby, The Preserve is a roughly 270-acre neighborhood between the PGA's golf courses and Legacy Drive that's likely to showcase some of the most expensive homes in North Texas.

The district's newest chapter was written in January 2026, when a major global name entered the corridor. The Ratcliffe Family completed the sale of approximately 100 acres of prime land located at the intersection of PGA Parkway and Hillcrest Road in Frisco to Sobha Realty, a global luxury real estate developer. A portion of the future development will be a gated community with larger homes, with the parcels just down the road from the $10 billion Fields development that includes multimillion-dollar homes, the Universal Kids resort and the PGA of America headquarters. Das said the group expects to break ground on the Frisco development next year.
