<p>SOBHA Ltd has officially launched its first residential project in Greater Noida—SOBHA Aurum in Sector 36, marking a bold move into one of Delhi-NCR's most dynamic markets. The realty company has launched this project at around Rs 14,000 per square feet, with apartments being sold in a price range of Rs 1-3.5 crore.</p>
