Sobha Creek Park is a planned 330-home master community in Celina, Texas, marking one of Sobha Realty's first residential ventures in the United States. The project is a 330-home community near G.A. Moore Parkway and North Louisiana Drive. The community sits within a broader master-planned tract that already features roads, schools, and adjacent developments taking shape in this part of Collin County.
Homes at Creek Park are designed for move-up and higher-end buyers rather than entry-level shoppers. Homes are expected to be about 2,600 to 4,000 square feet, and it is not starter-home territory. Lots are expected to run roughly 6,000 to 8,000 square feet.
Creek Park is one of two Celina projects from the developer. The developer is also putting together The Reserve, a 34-home estate enclave next to the 220-acre North Sky development. The firm lists Francis Alfred as managing director and Vipin Das as chief executive for U.S. operations.
Construction timelines favor Creek Park over Sobha's other regional projects. Sobha expects to break ground on its Frisco project in 2027 and is aiming to start work on Creek Park in Celina sooner. This makes Creek Park an early entry point into Sobha's U.S. residential pipeline.
Creek Park is planned around spacious single-family lots and homes designed for move-up buyers; final pricing and floor plan names will be released closer to launch.
