Bellevue by SOBHA

Sobha has launched Bellevue by SOBHA, a new gated residential community in Feroke, Kozhikode. The project brings two high-rise towers and 298 homes to a 4.31-acre site beside the Chaliyar River. It is listed under the New Launch category, with Kerala RERA registration K-RERA/PRJ/KKD/135/2026.

The homes are 3 and 4 BHK residences. The 3-bed units range from 2,243 to 2,945 sq ft super area, while the 4-bed units range from 2,662 to 3,331 sq ft. Every home is a corner unit with at least two balconies, and the starting price is Rs 3.21 Cr onwards.

The two towers will rise 142 metres, with 44 floors each. Five podium levels hold 609 resident and 62 visitor car parks, and 1.91 acres of the site are kept as open space. A double-height clubhouse spread across 20,000 sq ft anchors the amenities.

The site sits in Feroke, with views of the Chaliyar River, Beypore Beach and the Western Ghats. National Highways 66 and 966 pass nearby, and Calicut International Airport is about 16 km away, roughly 32 minutes by the Ramanattukara bypass. Kozhikode Main station is 10 km from Feroke railway station, and Farook College, Koyas Hospital and Century Shopping Center are all close by.

Sobha was founded in 1995 by P.N.C. Menon and has delivered approximately 148 million sq ft across more than 600 projects in 27 Indian cities and the Middle East. Its FY26 sales bookings reached Rs 8,135.9 crore, up 30%. In H1 FY27 the company recorded its highest-ever half-year sales value of Rs 5,862 crore, a rise of 47.2%, and Calicut was among the cities where it launched new projects in that period.

Bookings are expected to open soon, with possession scheduled for December 2033. Buyers can request floor plans, the price list and payment details from the Sobha sales team.
