Sobha Opens Pre-Launch Interest for Sobha Boulevard

Sobha Limited has opened pre-launch interest for Sobha Boulevard, a residential plotted development in Belagola, near Mysuru, in Mandya district. The community is planned across 9 acres and 31.5 guntas, with 126 residential plots. Expressions of interest are open.

The plot mix includes 30 ft x 40 ft sites measuring 1,200 sq ft, 30 ft x 50 ft sites measuring 1,500 sq ft and 40 ft x 60 ft sites measuring 2,400 sq ft. A further 25 plots range from 1,306 to 3,148 sq ft. Indicative pre-launch prices start at Rs 78 lakh for a 1,200 sq ft plot, Rs 97.5 lakh for a 1,500 sq ft plot and Rs 1.56 crore for a 2,400 sq ft plot.

The project is registered with Karnataka RERA under PRM/KA/RERA/1267/374/PR/100626/008716. The registration was approved on 10 June 2026, and the RERA-filed project start date is 1 July 2026. The recorded completion date is 31 December 2028. Mysuru Urban Development Authority is listed as the layout sanctioning authority.

Sobha Boulevard is located at Belagola village and Belagola Hobli, Shrirangapattna taluk, Mandya district, Karnataka 571606. The site is beside the Infosys Mysore campus, on the edge of Mysuru’s Hebbal Industrial Area. Access links include the Mysuru Ring Road, KRS Road and the Bengaluru–Mysuru Expressway.

Plans for the community include landscaped parks, avenue planting, play areas, walking and jogging tracks, community spaces and a clubhouse. The layout is described as a secure gated community, with underground water and sewage lines, underground electrical distribution, storm-water drains and wide internal roads.
