Greater Noida West, popularly known as Noida Extension, has become one of the most sought-after residential belts in the National Capital Region. Greater Noida West is commonly called Noida Extension, but it is not part of Noida city administratively, and it falls under the Greater Noida development area and is governed by GNIDA. This pricing advantage, combined with wide roads and planned green spaces, makes Greater Noida West appealing to both end-users and long-term investors.

Its Sector 1 development is spread across 12 acres with multiple high-rise towers offering spacious 2, 3, and 4 BHK configurations, reflecting the brand's design and construction standards that buyers associate with SOBHA projects nationwide.
