SOBHA Ltd has announced an ₹800 crore investment for SOBHA Aurum, its first luxury housing project in Greater Noida, featuring 420 apartments across 3.46 acres with a development potential of 9.3 lakh square feet. This marks a significant strategic expansion for the Bengaluru-based developer into the Delhi-NCR market.

The project comprises 420 luxury units across two towering structures of 45+ floors each, strategically located in Sector 36. The project offers residences ranging from 1BHKs to expansive 4BHKs, with prices starting at ₹1 crore and reaching up to ₹3.5 crore. Priced at approximately ₹14,000 per square foot, it positions SOBHA Aurum in the premium segment of Greater Noida's real estate market.

This is SOBHA's first project in Greater Noida and the fifth project in Delhi-NCR. The company has already developed projects in Gurugram, including 'Sobha International City' on Dwarka Expressway. SOBHA has delivered around 145 million sq ft since its inception.
