Sobha Posts Record Half-Year Sales as SOBHA Galera Demand Builds

Sobha Limited has reported its strongest half-year yet, with total sales value of Rs 5,862 crore for the period ended 30 September 2026. That figure is the highest the company has recorded for any half-year, marking a 47.2% jump over the same period last year. The update was filed on 2 October 2026.

The Bengaluru-based developer, founded in 1995 by PNC Menon, is listed on the NSE as SOBHA. Its growth this half reflects steady demand across its key markets.

Bengaluru remained the engine of the growth. The city contributed Rs 3,385 crore, or 57.7% of total sales value for the half. Premium homes priced above Rs 5 crore were a standout, rising 278.1% year on year to Rs 2,116 crore.

The second quarter alone delivered Rs 2,206 crore in sales, up 16% from the same quarter last year, on 1.42 million sq ft sold. That is the second-highest quarterly sales value in the company's history. During the quarter, Sobha also launched 1.03 million sq ft of saleable area across projects in Calicut and Mysore.

Within Bengaluru, SOBHA Galera is drawing attention on Whitefield-Hoskote Road near Kannamangala. The project brings 40 row houses spread across 4.08 acres, made up of 32 duplexes and 8 triplexes. The developer's new-launch listing shows just one row house still available, reflecting the pace of demand for the Spanish-inspired collection.

Each home is a 4 BHK, with duplexes (G+1) and triplexes (G+2) spanning 3,009 to 4,340 sq ft and two car parks per unit. Sobha lists the project from Rs 5.25 Cr. Built around the theme 'Timeless Spanish Homes', the community includes a leisure trail, a kids' play area and the Fountain Belleza.

The Whitefield-Hoskote Road corridor links Whitefield and Kadugodi with Hoskote through Belathur, Kannamangala and surrounding neighbourhoods, a stretch of roughly 12 to 15 km. Kempegowda International Airport lies about 32 km away via Hoskote Road, while the Kadugodi Purple Line station is a few kilometres off. Employment anchors such as ITPL, Brigade Tech Gardens and EPIP are within easy reach, and the 70-acre Atal Bihari Vajpayee Botanical Garden sits nearby.

Possession for SOBHA Galera is targeted for December 2026, and the project is RERA registered and under construction. Sobha will present its Q2 and H1 FY2027 results on 19 October 2026, and buyers following the Bengaluru pipeline can keep an eye on the developer's upcoming updates.
