SOBHA Kharadi is an upcoming residential development by SOBHA Limited in Kharadi, one of Pune's fastest-growing eastern suburbs. The project is planned to offer apartments in 2, 3, and 4 BHK configurations, designed for professionals and families who work in or around Pune's IT belt. As a pre-launch address, early buyers get a chance to select preferred units before formal pricing and inventory open up.
Kharadi has grown into a major residential and commercial pocket of Pune, largely on the back of its IT parks. Social infrastructure around Kharadi includes reputed schools such as Podar International and Kothari International, along with hospitals and multi-speciality clinics serving the neighbourhood. The proposed Ramwadi Metro Station on Line 2 of the Maha Metro Line is expected to improve further connectivity once operational, adding another transit option for residents.
