Dubai Harbour

Dubai Harbour is one of the city's newest waterfront destinations, positioned directly between two of Dubai's most recognisable addresses. Dubai Harbour is a vibrant new beachfront destination between Palm Jumeirah and Jumeirah Beach Residence, with two cruise terminals, the largest marina in the MENA region and the Dubai Lighthouse landmark. The community was conceived with a clear maritime vision. The concept of Dubai Harbour emerged from the vision of transforming Dubai into a global maritime hub, officially announced in 2016 as part of the broader Dubai 2020 plan.

The destination blends residential towers with retail, dining and yachting infrastructure. The area is a mixed-use development of skyscrapers with apartments of various sizes, and the complex includes a yacht club, helipad, fuel stations, crew rest areas and a yachting centre. Beyond the marina promenade, residents get resort-style access to the sea. Residents enjoy direct access to 1.5 kilometres of private beach, alongside amenities like an infinity-edge pool, a fitness centre, lush gardens and a spa.

As an upscale freehold pocket, Dubai Harbour commands some of the city's highest per-square-foot values. As one of the most upscale seafront neighborhoods in Dubai, Dubai Harbour hosts the most expensive properties, with prices per square foot standing at AED 4,161. Demand has been climbing steadily. The first half of 2025 reported sales volume around 1,059, a 43.3% increase over earlier records, with gross rental yields averaging around 5.43% and total sales value of AED 7.5 billion.

SOBHA entered this waterfront address with its SeaHaven towers, marking a first for the developer in the community. This is Sobha Realty's first project at Dubai Harbour, a unique waterfront neighborhood near the city's most-loved landmarks.
