Sobha Names Its Next Hennur Address Sobha Parqcity

Sobha has named its upcoming Hennur project Sobha Parqcity, also written as Sobha Park City. The name gives the developer's next residential project in North Bengaluru a clear identity, with homes planned from 750 sq ft. Earlier working names such as Sobha Hennur and Sobha Hennur Township are now replaced by the final name.

The project will offer a range of layouts. A 1 BHK home measures 750 sq ft, while 2 BHK Luxe residences span 1,050 sq ft and 2 BHK Grande homes span 1,250 sq ft. A 2 BHK plus Home Office option measures 1,350 sq ft for buyers who work from home.

Larger family homes step up from there. The 3 BHK Luxe offers 1,530 sq ft and the 3 BHK Grande offers 1,840 sq ft. At the top of the range, the 4 BHK Lux provides 2,200 sq ft with three bathrooms, and the 4 BHK Grande comes with four bathrooms in sizes of 2,450 and 2,800 sq ft.

Sobha Parqcity sits in Hennur, in North Bengaluru, spanning the sub-localities of Kannuru and Chikkagubbi. Hennur Main Road links residents to Outer Ring Road, Manyata Tech Park, Old Madras Road and Bagalur. The Hennur–Bagalur corridor is also one of the principal northern routes to Kempegowda International Airport, around 15 km away.

Daily life here is well connected. Thanisandra Railway Station is about 5 km from Chikkagubbi, and a metro line is under construction on the Hennur side of the city. The planned Kanaka Suburban Rail Line will link Heelalige and Rajankunte, adding to the area's future connectivity.

Sobha Limited, founded in 1995 by P. N. C. Menon, is listed on the NSE and BSE and has projects across Bengaluru, Chennai, Pune, Gurgaon, Mysore, Coimbatore and the GCC. The developer launched four apartment projects in Bengaluru between January 2024 and June 2026, and it also runs 1 Sobha Mall in the city.

Parqcity is a separate project from the developer's established Sobha Victoria Park on Hennur Road. Victoria Park offers 2 and 3 BHK homes from 1,419 to 1,833 sq ft and is due for completion by December 2027.
