Spread across more than 45 acres, the master plan brings together high-rise residential towers, a retail plaza and a commercial and service-apartment block in one cohesive community. Phase 1 covers about 17 acres of the land.
The residential enclave is made up of 12 wings, anchored by a 130-metre landmark tower that will define the skyline of the township. Homes are offered in 2, 3, 3.5 and 4 BHK configurations, with generous living balconies and wrap-around balconies in select layouts. The design dedicates around 80% of the site to open green space, giving residents room to breathe in the middle of a fast-growing corridor.
The project is being developed by Sobha, a Bengaluru-headquartered developer founded in 1995 that has delivered about 148 million sq ft across more than 600 projects in India and the Middle East. Its Bengaluru footprint includes around 210 projects, and FY26 saw the company achieve its highest-ever sales value. Structures, interiors, doors, windows and tiles are manufactured in-house, which gives the company tight control over build quality from the foundation to the finishing woodwork.
This is a pre-launch opportunity. Expression of Interest registrations are open, and the formal Phase 1 launch is expected in 2026. RERA registration is in process with Karnataka RERA, and buyers should verify the registration on the authority portal before committing to any booking.
Sobha Hennur Township offers a wide range of layouts, from efficient 2 BHK homes to spacious 4 BHK Luxe Suites.
